Hi CJ, it's a portable watercolor brush by Isabey. The brush is made from squirrel hair, and they are the brand I use in my studio.
You know, I've been trying to find a good sketch/moleskine bag too. This one's too small, this one's too big. Looks like a little retail therapy in store for me (no pun intended) ... LOL
