Santa Fe, New Mexico Mixed Media Art Retreat

My friends and I (Helen Shafer Garcia, Lynn Leahy, and Laurie Mika)  (also known as Tesoro del Corazon) are planning another retreat, this time in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You'll have 1 day with each teacher where you'll create "tiles, or quilt squares" to add to your quilt. Helen will teach small watercolors, I'll will teach hand-stitched fiber art, Lynn will teach reverse glass painting, and Laurie, polymer tiles.

$1650 based on double occupancy ($600 single supplement) ($500 deposit, balance due February 1, 2013)
 

Retreat includes:
4 full day workshops and most supplies
7 nights at the Inn and Spa at Loretto
full breakfasts in morning

    my girlfriend and I have sent in our deposit -- looking forward to it :0) it is my birthday present to myself -- my birthday is april 28 -- I will be 65 -- :0) I have taken a couple of your online watercolor sketch classes thru joggles and look sooo forward to meeting you in person :0)

    Santa Fe (and Taos!) are so special, a world apart [though growing too fast these days!]. I kow your art retreats there will be wonderful! I have been reading about Mabel Dodge Luhan and now suggest that you might enjoy reading,"Half Broke Horses" by Jean Wells. It is the story of her grandmother who grew up in the west Texas, New Mexico area and attended the Loretto school in Santa Fe where you will be!
