New York City is a fabulous, exciting, populated, energetic city! I hadn't been there since 1992.
We also took the Circle Line boat tour around Manhattan Island, and as you can see, we had gorgeous weather.

Above is Ellis Island. It's being repaired now, because of damage from Hurricane Sandy. My grandmother, on my father's side, came through Ellis Island from Italy, and my husband's father came through from Norway. I definitely want to visit it next time.
