My process, as seen above. Cut it up! Stitch the heck out of it! Sew it back together.

I might as well tell you. I'm heading to Cleveland, Ohio later this month to film an instructional DVD for F&W Media (Interweave aka Quilting Arts) tentatively titled "Intro to Wet Felting." I'll be showing you how to do all of this on the DVD!

  5. Yum-oh,loving the concept and the colours .
    Just wondering could you take it a step further by stitching the pieces back together to create peaks and valleys , a 2 .5 dimensional piece.Must have a play .

  6. Wow Jane--I'll keep my out for this. I have two of your DVDs already, but I love the idea of combining the stitching and wet felting. Am taking a class now with Sue Spargo and love what you are doing with all your stitchery. Have a wonderful trip to Cleveland!
