Oh that picture of several people sitting around the table sketching looks so wonderful. I was the only one sketching on our river cruise. The Melk Abbey is stunning. Unfortunately no photos were allowed in the library but the amount of ancient books is astounding didn't you think?

DeleteThat's one of the reasons I love teaching sketching and watercolor on these trips, is that attracts like-minded people who love to sketch!

ReplyDeleteMy last trip to Melk Abby had the choir practicing ,thought I had died and gone to heaven .What with the heaveningly interior and angels singing .
