Papier Mache teacups

I love Ann Wood's art and sensibility. And I've finally made papier mache teacups, using her adorable tea cup pattern.

I used cereal box cardboard. (Ah, so many uses for those cereal and cracker boxes! like making a journal...details here.) And used book pages for the papier mache. Then painted them with diluted acrylic paint. Very fun project and I know I'll make more!

  1. Jane.... I love Ann's cups and all her work! I kept a link to this pattern for a long time, and simply forgot all about it until I saw this. Thanks for posting the link. Yours are darling. I would really like to give this a go!
