Teaching in North Carolina

I just returned from a week in North Carolina, teaching at the wonderful, Random Arts, in Saluda. This is my third year teaching there, and we've got plans for me to return next summer.

It was unseasonably hot, 104 degrees! so these brief yoga poses were about the only exercise I got.

  2. OK - North Carolina is the closest you come to Beaufort, SC (would love to go to the Rivera - but probably not going to happen) so I am going to try to be there next year!

  5. Thanks so much for sharing all those wonderful pictures! Looks like you had a great time. So nice to see hubby there enjoying himself too. He has such a pleasant face. How about trying a tree pose......sometimes that pose your doing works for you and sometimes it doesn't.....may just be the timing of the photographer...i don't know...lol Hugs! deb

  6. What a nice post about our little part of the universe! Great photos, great classes, a fabulous teacher and good friends made for a perfect weekend. Maybe next year we'll be able to show you weather that's more typical of these mountains. Say 'Hi' to Bob for me!
