At Montecito, this last week, I taught art (Sketching & Watercolor: Journal Style) twice each morning to a lovely group of adults. We went to various locations around the camp, set up our chairs and sketched & painted.
Sounds as if you had a wonderful week Jane. Any chance you might teach there in August in a future year, it looks a great place for a family holiday, and it would be lovely to be able to take a class with you at the same time. Here in the UK the kids only break up at the end of July...
Oh Jane...I can not WAIT to have you leading us in sketching and wandering in your Orvieto, Italy workshop. What a fabulous way to "see" the beauty this unique hilltop town has to offer. Hurry...hurry sweet May!

ReplyDeleteThis plant is a MULLEIN. It is best known for its soft fuzzy leaves which one can use inside a shoe if one gets a blister while hiking.
