I was in Cleveland about 4 years ago. My family and I just drove through. We went into the downtown and spotted this really cool victorian or turn of the century neighborhood and headed straight for it. When we got to the middle of this neighborhood it did have really cool buildings, but it also had a very menecing vibe. We quickly lock our car doors and drove out. Later, on the news in Calif. I discovered that that neighborhhod was rated one of the most dangerous places in the US. The first most dangerouse was another neighborhood we drove through in Washington D.C. I don't know why I am telling you this, but there it is.
