easy surface design ~ in progress

Inspired by Jenny Cochran Lee and this post on her blog, I spent an afternoon stamping fabric.

I'm going to add color to these and make something cool! I'll keep you posted.

I even did some organza to overlay

The only reason I stopped was that all my StazOn stamp pads were out of ink!

    I want to try this....I haven't done a hand-carved stamp yet! I love the simple, repeating design. If I could get to my studio today, I would try this today....we have so much snow I can't get out of my driveway yet!

    What a good idea to use the staz on pads on fabric! So many printmaking methods make the fabric stiff, which this doesn't. I will try it soon.
