ReplyDeletelove the textures!
ReplyDeletePlanning to try the map art journal idea for my road trip this week!
Beautiful Jane! I like the idea of the small squares that are brought together for a larger piece--so much less intimidating than a large art quilt created more all at once.
ReplyDelete...to tag on to each to the previous comments, each completely non conventional square, could be cut out and put on and easel and rock! I love that ....on an off topic note, I was recently at a Laurie Mika workshop in San Antonio and took your picture on this blog in and said about on of the attendees...you look like jane la fazio.....they all roared with laughter, because you TWO looked like twins! She even has your same bright smile! So, you should know that you may "run into yourself" some time:) create on! Laura
ReplyDeleteLove these little pieces all connected. Great idea!
