I'm just home from teaching a Tesoro del Corazon mixed media art retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Spring in Santa Fe is unpredictable! The temps ranged from 27 - 70 degrees! But there is something about being at 7,000 feet elevation and the color and the light and the skies.

Above is a gorgeous, lime green flowering tree. Do you know the name of it? let me know, please! I love it!

Love these Jane. When Richard Diebenkorn moved from the west coast of California to New Mexico, he and his wife thought they couldn't bear to live so far from the ocean. They found that while in New Mexico “the sky took the place of the ocean”.
what beautiful spring skies. We are becoming Autumnal here in Australia....if the hot weather can be considered Autumn. Looking forward to my Spring when I return to the Uk next week
