I love this one, Jane. Your hand stitching is getting better with every quiltlet. How many have you done so far? the Matilija poppies are blooming in Orange County too. I drove by some growing wild on the roadside the other day so I had to go home, get my garden scissors and return to snip them for my own. They are such gorgeous simple blossoms.... and the centers. Wow!
Jane, that is lovely! I am not familiar with that kind of poppy - I don't think we have them in the East. Is this one totally hand stitched? Sorry that I'll be late for class!
