We were so lucky to be in Mary's studio for the workshop, a place full of color and inspiration where ever you looked! We also went on location to draw and paint, as the weather was perfect. See more photos from the workshop and stay in Sedona here. (Yes, Mary's studio was featured in Studios magazine.)
One evening I had the supreme pleasure of hearing Suzie Schomaker perform live, and she kindly gave me a couple of her CDs. GIVEAWAY! Leave a comment, and I'll select the winner of Suzie's CD "Life, Love & Song," check back here on Sunday to see if you won!

ReplyDeleteYou all must have had a great time... what a wonderful studio! It looked like a great place to be and be creative.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy checking out your workshop photos. While I'm sketching melting snow you're drawing beautiful irises...and it's always a treat to see inside the studios of other artists. Wendy
ReplyDeleteHer studio looks inspiring! Wasn't it featured in one of the CPS Studio publications before - because it looks familiar. How fun.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful studio, and looks like a very receptive group to be teaching. You are a lucky woman, the kind of luck that comes from working to develop and better your skills more than the kind due to chance!! What a great opportunity for everyone.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great workshop and what a gorgeous studio. Thanks too for the mono-printing tutorial - this could addicting.
