Today, December 2 is,  my husband, Don Strom's birthday. World's kindest man.

I was in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico on Halloween, and the kids are just getting the hang of trick or treating. One little girl was collecting candy in her hands, then running back to her dad to hand him the candy, to hold in his hands. I had an extra one of the spray-painted bags (below) that I'd made for our Tesoro del Corazon art retreat students, and gave it to her to hold her candy and continue her trick or treating. She and her dad were thrilled.

Cupcakes for friends! Remember my hand stitching here. I scanned then printed onto card stock, cut them out and tape them to a toothpick to decorate the cupcakes.
